Last week was Thanksgiving in the US and, for my wife and I, our twenty-third anniversary. As we did last year, we stayed home for the week and caught up on some media. This time, I made sure to keep track of what we watched:
- Monday (11/25):
- Tuesday (11/26):
- Wednesday (11/27):
- Thursday (11/28):
- The Bad Guys: Haunted Heist (2024 TV Special)
- The Bad Guys in Maraschino Ruby (2022 Video)
- Blue Beetle (2023)
- “Family Guy”, S22.E17: Gift of the White Guy
- Seth MacFarlane, Mila Kunis, Seth Green & Alex Borstein Talk 25 Years of Family Guy (2024 Short)
- “Futurama”, S11.E1: The Impossible Stream
- “Futurama”, S11.E2: Children of a Lesser Bog

- Saturday (11/30):
- Sunday (12/1):
We also created holiday fare. But, instead of a single, gut-busting meal, I’m grateful that we spread the food out over the week.
I’m also grateful that I have a job where I can take time off. Too often in my career, I have let my vacation and sick time go unused. I’m attempting to be better about taking breaks.
